Approved (subject to review)

Documents, books, school items, clothes, shoes, small electronics, phones, laptops, family gifts, packaged personal goods, consumer electronics with receipts, educational materials.

Manual review required

Medicines and prescriptions, supplements, batteries, cosmetics and liquids, high-value or used electronics, fragile goods, multiple identical units, specialty foods, bulk quantities, luxury goods. These require Delegate review before a traveler can accept them.

Never permitted

Illegal drugs or controlled substances, weapons, ammunition, explosives, hazardous chemicals, cash, gold, precious stones or metals, counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods, perishable food without proper packaging, lithium batteries beyond airline limits, mystery or pre-sealed packages, and anything a traveler cannot inspect before accepting.

Rule

If an item is not clearly permitted on the route, it does not travel.
