Send approved items home to Addis. Through people already flying.
Delegate helps Ethiopian communities send approved personal items home through reviewed travelers and trusted local hubs — faster than freight, safer than asking a friend.
Private pilot · manual review · Seattle/Toronto to Addis first.

Reviewed before they carry
During the pilot, Delegate manually reviews traveler applications before approving trips. No anonymous carriers.
Trusted local hub
Drop off or ship only after approval. Partner hubs help with intake, temporary storage, and handoff records.
Photo + QR at handoff
Package identity, photos, and QR-supported handoff records create a simple custody trail for the pilot.
How it works
Four steps. Nothing hidden.
- 01Tell us what you are sending.
Item, category, value, and where it needs to go. Delegate Ops reviews it.
- 02Get it to a Delegate Hub.
Ship it to the hub or drop it off in person at a trusted local business.
- 03Delegate coordinates the traveler.
During the pilot, Ops manually coordinates approved travelers on the corridor.
- 04QR and photo records support the handoff.
The recipient handoff is documented without exposing private details publicly.
Three roles, one chain
Sender. Traveler. Hub. Each one does their part.

We are deliberately starting narrow. Prove one corridor, then open the next.
Item Guide
Not sure if something can travel?
Delegate is building an Item Guide for Ethiopian community goods, gadgets, documents, spices, herbs, traditional items, and common diaspora packages.
Guidance only. Not customs clearance. Final decisions are made by the relevant authorities.
Check Item GuideWhen in doubt, ask Delegate before shipping or dropping off.

Trust, by design
People already use this method.
We added the safety layer.
For decades, families have entrusted strangers with something precious — and quietly braced for the loss. Delegate formalizes what already works: identity, accountability, and proof at every step.
- Travelers reviewed before pilot coordination
- Partner hub intake and handoff records
- Photo records when packages are documented
- QR-supported handoff confirmation
- Privacy-safe tracking for sender and recipient
- Restricted-item review before hub instructions
Questions, answered
The four things people ask first.
Does Delegate buy items for me?+
No. Delegate does not buy goods or shop on your behalf. You already own the item, or you buy it yourself. After approval, Delegate Ops coordinates hub instructions and reviewed travelers manually during the pilot.
How is this different from sending it with someone on WhatsApp?+
WhatsApp gives you a name. Delegate gives you an operating process: item review, reviewed travelers, partner hubs, photo and QR-supported records, and manual payment coordination during the pilot.
Who decides the price?+
You suggest a reward for the traveler. During the pilot, Delegate Ops confirms the total and coordinates next steps manually. No flat-rate quote and no hidden in-app charge.
What can I actually send?+
Documented, inspectable items. No mystery packages and no restricted goods. See the Item Guide for what is approved, restricted, or not allowed.
